Adult Allied Health Services
Constellation Therapies provides allied health services for adults, including NDIS-funded supports, in Gympie, Queensland.
We work closely with participants, support coordinators and plan managers to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services that are clinically sound, clearly documented and aligned with NDIS goals.
Our adult services are designed to support functional capacity, independence, mental health and participation across home, work and community settings.
We support adults through comprehensive assessment and therapy across NDIS, Medicare Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP), insurance, and return-to-work pathways. Our experienced multidisciplinary team provides practical, outcomes-focused care tailored to each person’s needs.
Our adult services include:
Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) for NDIS access, plan reviews, life insurance, and return-to-work planning
Psychological assessments to support diagnosis, treatment planning, and functional understanding
Counselling and psychological therapy for mental health, adjustment, and emotional wellbeing
Occupational therapy to improve daily living, independence, regulation, and community participation
Speech pathology for communication, social communication, and functional language support
We work closely with GPs, support coordinators, insurers, employers, and families to deliver clear, practical recommendations that support real-world functioning and meaningful outcomes.
Senior Clinician Oversight & Allied Health Assistants
All adult services are delivered under senior clinician oversight. Where appropriate, therapy programs may be supported by Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) working under delegation and supervision, supporting consistent, cost-effective and high-quality service delivery while maintaining strong clinical governance.
