Who We Are
Constellation Therapies is a warm, professional allied health practice supporting children, adults, and older adults across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
We provide personalised, evidence-based supports through a multidisciplinary team, including psychology, speech therapy, occupational therapy, counselling and play therapy. Appointments are available in-clinic, via mobile visits (home, school, daycare, aged care), and through telehealth.
We support a wide range of needs, including:
developmental delay, learning differences, autism and ADHD
emotional regulation challenges, anxiety, and stress
trauma and complex life experiences
communication and swallowing support
functional capacity, independence, and daily living skills
neurological and age-related changes impacting communication, mobility, or participation.
Our Holistic Approach
At the heart of our work is practical, relationship-based therapy that supports real life.
We work collaboratively with families, caregivers, educators, support workers, and other professionals, building the skills and confidence that carry over into everyday routines at home, school, work, and in the community.
Our approach is strengths-based, neuro-affirming, and tailored to the individual’s goals, environment, and support needs.

We work closely with plan managers, support coordinators, case managers, and care teams to provide consistent communication and high-quality therapy supports.

progress reports, goal reviews, and therapy recommendations aligned with NDIS outcomes
We also offer support delivered by Allied Health Assistants, guided by qualified senior clinicians, to improve access, consistency, and value for families and participants.

DIRECTOR
Lilli is the Director of Constellation Therapies, bringing a unique blend of clinical insight and business strategy to the role.
With a background in counselling and business development, she is passionate about building accessible, evidence-based allied health services that support people across the lifespan.
Lilli leads with warmth, vision and a deep commitment to community impact.
Outside of her clinical work, Lilli is a proud mum of two and brings a neurodiversity-informed perspective to everything she does. She’s deeply passionate about creativity in everyday life and loves all things hands-on and crafty - believing that making, creating and play can be powerful pathways to connection, regulation and wellbeing for people of all ages. -

Jacque
LEAD CLINICIAN
PLAY-BASED COUNSELLORJacque is the Lead Clinician at Constellation Therapies, holding a Diploma of Counselling and currently studying a Bachelor of Social Work. She brings clinical expertise and leadership to the team, mentoring staff and guiding our community outreach work.
Jacque is a respected counsellor known for forming strong, genuine connections with children and adolescents. Her approachable style puts young clients at ease, while her professionalism and insight bring depth to her practice.
With a solid understanding of how relationships, environment, and early intervention influence development, Jacque is especially passionate about social-emotional learning and helping children thrive through connection and consistency.
Her commitment to client-centred, evidence-informed care makes her a key part of our leadership team.

Kristie
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Kristie supports positive change for children and families by offering a wide range of assessment options, thoughtfully tailored to each individual’s needs. She listens carefully to each person’s story, ensuring her assessment approach is collaborative, respectful, and aligned with what feels comfortable and supportive for the individual.
With more than ten years’ experience assessing and supporting children across a broad range of presentations, Kristie has worked with individuals from premature infants through to adolescents and adults. Kristie has extensive experience in complex care and education, and has published academic papers and taught at university level.
Originally from a rural background and with a strong sporting foundation, she brings a playful, warm, and approachable style that helps create a welcoming and safe environment. This is balanced by her strong commitment to evidence-based, effective care. -

Gabie
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Gabie holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and is na AHPRA-registered clinician with experience supporting individuals across hospital, community, and home-based settings. She has strong skills in functional assessment, home and environmental evaluations, assistive technology recommendations, and clear, evidence-based clinical reporting.
At Constellation Therapies, Gabie’s primary focus is completing high-quality assessments and providing practical recommendations that help clients live safely, independently, and meaningfully within their everyday environments.
Gabie has a calm, respectful approach and takes the time to understand what matters most to each person. She works collaboratively to create solutions that are both clinically sound and genuinely helpful in real life. -

Ella
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Ella is an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist who holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. She brings experience delivering occupational therapy supports across telehealth, clinic, home and community settings, with a strong focus on comprehensive functional assessments and high-quality NDIS report writing.
At Constellation Therapies, Ella supports clients through thoughtful assessment, clear clinical reasoning, and practical recommendations that align with funding requirements and everyday goals, helping people increase independence, safety, and participation in daily life.
Ella has a grounded, approachable style and can connect with people across the lifespan, from children through to older adults. She values collaboration, communicates clearly with families and stakeholders, and works in a way that is both professional and genuinely supportive.

Tahnee
COUNSELLOR
Tahnee is a qualified counsellor with a Diploma of Counselling, as well as certifications in Youth Mental Health First Aid. With extensive frontline experience supporting children and young people in care, youth employment, and community programs, Tahnee brings warmth, calm confidence, and a deeply trauma-informed approach to her work.
Tahnee first joined Constellation Therapies as a student placement counsellor while completing her studies. She quickly became a valued and trusted member of our team, with a natural ability to build rapport with children and families.
In her work as a counsellor, Tahnee supports children, teens, and families through emotional regulation, trauma recovery, anxiety, low self-worth, and life transitions. She creates a safe, grounded space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered.

Phoebe
ALLIED HEALTH ASSITANT
Phoebe brings warmth, curiosity, and a genuine passion for supporting others to her role as an Allied Health Assistant. Currently studying a Diploma of Counselling alongside a Bachelor of Psychology and Criminology, she combines developing clinical knowledge with a strong interest in human behaviour and wellbeing. She also holds an Undergraduate Certificate in Psychology, giving her a solid foundation in evidence-based practice and client-centred care.
Phoebe is especially skilled at connecting with young people. Her approachable nature, empathy, and ability to build rapport help clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported throughout their sessions.
Driven by a commitment to personal and professional growth, Phoebe is excited to continue expanding her skills in the allied health space while helping clients achieve their goals.

Julie
SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Julie is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist with over 34 years of clinical and rehabilitation experience across Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) and is fully registered with AHPRA.
Julie brings extensive expertise across neurological rehabilitation, paediatrics, spinal cord injury, aged care, return-to-work services, and mental health. Her career includes senior clinical, case management, vocational rehabilitation, and regional leadership roles, including managing multidisciplinary allied health teams across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania.
Julie has a strong background in functional assessments, workplace rehabilitation, medico-legal reporting, and complex case coordination. She is particularly interested in returning to telehealth occupational therapy and supporting clients to achieve meaningful functional outcomes.

Justin
SPEECH PATHOLOGIST
Justin is an experienced Speech Pathologist with a strong background supporting both children and adults under the NDIS. He holds a Master of Speech Pathology and brings vast clinical experience across paediatric language, literacy, speech, multimodal communication, and adult dysphagia in community settings.Justin has worked extensively alongside families, schools and multidisciplinary teams, and is known for his collaborative, practical approach. He has a particular interest in literacy development, AAC, and dysphagia management.
Alongside his clinical work, Justin is currently completing a Master of Professional Psychology, reflecting his growing interest in the intersection between communication and mental health.

Gagan
DIETICIAN
Gagan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 6 years of experience in Australia, along with additional international experience. She supports children, adults, and older adults across disability, chronic health, and complex care needs.
Gagan has extensive experience working within NDIS, aged care, and community settings, supporting participants with areas such as mealtime management, ARFID and fussy eating, weight management, diabetes, gastrointestinal conditions, and nutrition for complex needs and disabilities.
Gagan focuses on creating realistic, achievable strategies that support long-term health and wellbeing. She works collaboratively with families and our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, coordinated care.
Gagan provides services across Melbourne and offers outreach support to regional Victoria.

Mohini
PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Mohini is a bilingual Provisional Psychologist completing her Master of Professional Psychology, with strong foundations in evidence-based practice, psychological formulation, and trauma-informed care. She is known for her calm, respectful approach and her ability to build safe, supportive therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
Mohini has developed practical experience through crisis support and community-based roles, and is committed to ethical, person-centred practice and ongoing reflective supervision.
Mohini sees clients at our Hawthorn clinic and through mobile community visits across Melbourne, supporting individuals and families with compassionate, goal-focused care.
Psychology sessions with Mohini are available in English and Hindi. -

Suren
BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT PRACTITIONER & SOCIAL WORKER
Suren is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a background in social work and physiotherapy, bringing a holistic and practical approach to supporting individuals with behaviours of concern. He holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Physiotherapy.
Calm, approachable, and culturally responsive, Suren works closely with participants, families, and support teams to understand the underlying drivers of behaviour and create realistic, strengths-based strategies that improve everyday life.
We’re pleased to be working with Suren to offer national outreach behaviour support, with travel to both metropolitan and regional communities, helping make behaviour support accessible to all families across Australia.

Jas
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Jas is a registered physiotherapist holding a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She provides support across the lifespan, working with children, adults, and older adults through mobile sessions across Melbourne and Ballarat, as well as in our Hawthorn clinic.
Jas brings a warm, practical and client-centred approach to her work, with a strong focus on helping people improve movement, reduce pain, and build confidence in their bodies. She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal and women’s health physiotherapy, supporting clients with concerns such as pelvic floor dysfunction, continence, pregnancy and postnatal recovery, shoulder and neck pain, and lower back conditions.
With experience supporting clients in their homes, community settings, and clinic environments, Jas understands the importance of flexible, accessible care that fits around each person’s lifestyle and goals.

Brooke is our online administration superstar, bringing years of experience in admin support within the psychology field. She’s the friendly voice behind our bookings, helping families navigate the process with ease.
With her keen eye for detail and warm, professional approach, Brooke keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure our team can focus on delivering the best support possible.As the first point of contact for many of the families we support, Brooke takes the time to listen and find appointment times that work for your family’s schedule. She understands that life can be busy, so she does her best to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

SPEECH PATHOLOGIST
Lei is a passionate and engaging speech pathologist who holds a Master of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Sydney.
Before training as a speech pathologist, he worked as a primary school English teacher in China - an experience that shaped his commitment to supporting children’s communication and learning.
He is passionate about improving access to therapy for children in underserved rural communities through telehealth, where he uses fun, interactive computer games to keep kids engaged and motivated.
A strong advocate for neurodiversity-affirming and evidence-based practice, Lei offers speech therapy in both English and Mandarin.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, travelling, trying new restaurants, gaming, and catching up on his favourite anime and TV shows.

Duurii
PLAY-BASED COUNSELLOR
Duurii is a warm and compassionate child counsellor who enjoys supporting children and families through a gentle, child-centred approach. She is currently completing a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy and has a strong interest in play-based therapy and trauma-informed care.
Duurii works primarily with children aged 3–16, using play, drawing, storytelling and creative activities to help children express emotions, build confidence and develop healthy emotional regulation skills in a safe and supportive environment.
She has experience supporting children, young people and older adults across community and support settings, and is passionate about creating trusting relationships where clients feel heard and understood.
Duurii speaks English and Mongolian, allowing her to support families from diverse cultural backgrounds.

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Peta brings over 28 years of experience across disability support, complex mental health, and high-needs service delivery. She has extensive experience working with participants with complex needs, including forensic-informed and trauma-informed care.
With a strong background in operational leadership, Peta is highly skilled in client onboarding, behaviour support planning, staff training, and service implementation. She is known for her calm, grounded approach and ability to navigate complex situations with clarity and care.
Peta has worked across Supported Independent Living (SIL), transition planning, and high-risk environments, collaborating closely with families, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, well-coordinated, and person-centred supports.
