About Lisa
Lisa is a warm and compassionate Allied Health Assistant based in Gympie, working under the supervision of Constellation's qualified clinicians to deliver therapy programs for children. Most of her working life has been spent caring for children, which means she understands what young people and their families need to feel genuinely safe and supported.
She holds a Certificate III in Community Services, along with a First Aid Certificate, Blue Card and National Police Check. It is her 18 years of childcare experience, though, that shapes how she works — the patience, safeguarding and calm, encouraging presence that come from nearly two decades of supporting children.
As an Allied Health Assistant, Lisa helps children practise therapy skills, build confidence and develop independence through everyday routines and therapeutic activities. She is especially strong at creating safe, engaging environments where a child feels comfortable to try something new, which is exactly where real progress happens.
Common reasons families connect with Lisa include support with therapy skill practice, everyday living and independence skills, and the kind of patient, nurturing one-on-one support that helps children build confidence at their own pace.
Lisa leads with patience, warmth and safety. She treats every child as an individual, creates calm and engaging environments, and partners with families so their child feels supported both in session and at home.
