About Julie

How Julie works

Julie is a senior occupational therapist in Constellation's South West Sydney team, supporting participants across Campbelltown and the broader South West Sydney region. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Occupational Therapy from Western Sydney University and is AHPRA-registered, with prior clinical nursing qualifications (EEN and AIN) that give her a deep, practical understanding of physical health and daily care needs.

Her caseload spans young adults through to older Australians, with a strong focus on complex functional capacity assessments, risk assessments, assistive technology prescription, and home modifications. She is experienced in assessing housing suitability, mobility needs, and environmental adaptations such as bathroom modifications, ramps, and handrails.

Julie's work in community and residential settings has covered complex presentations including autism, musculoskeletal conditions, neurological rehabilitation, PTSD, and sensory impairments. She works closely with multidisciplinary care teams, support coordinators, and families to deliver clear, actionable reports for NDIS plan reviews and aged care supports.

Common reasons families and referrers connect with Julie include NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments, home modifications, equipment trials and prescription, daily living skills support, and complex housing or relocation assessments.
