As part of the Constellation Therapies support team, she handles client coordination, compliance and the countless behind-the-scenes tasks that make quality care possible. Grace is also completing her Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, which gives her a unique perspective, she understands both the administrative backbone of the practice and the clinical frameworks that guide our team's work.
What colleagues and clients appreciate most about Grace is her reliability and her warmth. She's the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, the organised pair of hands making sure nothing slips through the cracks, and the person who genuinely cares about getting things right. With her NDIS Worker Orientation, infection control training, Working with Children Check and police clearance all in place, Grace embodies the professionalism and heart that Constellation Therapies is built on. She's not just supporting the team, she's part of what makes it feel like one.
