About Dr Farwa
Dr Farwa is a physiotherapist in Constellation's West and South West Sydney team. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Masters in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, and is AHPRA-registered with more than three years of clinical experience across musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, sports, post-operative and geriatric rehabilitation.
Her advanced manual therapy training gives her a strong hands-on skill set, which she pairs with therapeutic exercise prescription and patient education. She is comfortable working with a broad range of presentations, from low back and neck pain to shoulder, knee and sports injuries, and from post-operative rehabilitation through to neurological and geriatric care.
Dr Farwa works collaboratively with GPs and other allied health professionals, and she completes functional capacity assessments and rehabilitation plans designed around each client's goals and everyday function.
